These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boston Porch Decor website, online store, and related services (“Services”). By visiting our site, buying our products, or otherwise engaging with Boston Porch Decor (“BPD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our  Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Services

You may browse and purchase décor items for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape data, or violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, and payment information. When leaving reviews or submitting photos, you warrant that the content is lawful, non-infringing, and free of malicious code.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated on the site. BPD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., for suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will issue a full refund if payment has been captured.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are posted on product pages and begin once the order is processed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

6. Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, logos, and code are the property of Boston Porch Decor or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS alerts, you agree to up to four marketing texts per month, plus transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing use.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
